EXPERIENCE

Appraiser February 1990 to present.  Full time appraiser with Appraisals Unlimited utilizing URAR forms, narrative reports and affidavits on 1-4 family residential properties.  Presently a N.Y. State Certified Real Estate Appraiser and Licensed Appraiser Instructor.

F.H. Doherty Associates  1985 to 1989, a Mortgage Banker.  Duties evolved from Mortgage Consultant to Residential Sales Manager to General Manager.  Responsibilities included underwriting of FHA and FNMA/FHLMC mortgages.

Coyne Realty Inc.  1962  - 1985.  Actively engaged in the sale and appraisal of real property in Onondaga, Madison, Oswego, Cayuga and Cortland counties.  As owner and Broker of Record, I had full responsibility of training and managing 30 salespeople.  Attorneys, Accountants and private individuals utilized my appraisals and my services as an expert witness in court.
